Evolution Aqua EvoUV UVCs
Multi-award winning U.K. based manufacturer Evolution Aqua have almost two decades of experience in designing and creating specialist pond filtration systems, in which time they have become one of the most respected aquatic brands in the world.
The Evolution Aqua EvoUVs are designed to improve water clarity by eradicating suspended single celled algae before they can begin to create an algae bloom. These UVCs can be installed in a variety of applications such as within a drum filter system, an Evolution Aqua Nexus filter system or as a standalone addition to a pond with an existing mechanical filtration system in place to 'polish' the water.
Easy to maintain and service, the EvoUVs are a great option for any aquatic professional. Assembly on site is easy and requires limited tools for cutting down any stepped hose tails and for screwing in the stainless steel mounting plates. The 55w version is supplied as standard with two stepped hose tails (¾” / 1" / 1¼" / 1½") while the 110w version is not. Instead, the 110w features a 2" imperial solvent weld inlet/outlet that can either be connected directly to solvent weld pipe or connected to flexible pipe through the use of our double hose tail kit (PNF7992).
