Capable of dispersing coarse debris of up to 8mm without any issue, these pumps from Pontec are perfectly suited for supplying water to both filtration systems of watercourses. The efficiency of these pumps is compounded by the supplied electronic controller which sits in-line between the mains input and the pond pump.

This IP44 rated controller can be used to easily control the power consumption of the pump, which in turn will reduce the flow rate. This feature allows excellent power savings over time as the pump can be dimmed back to the required level of flow for the job at hand. For example, when used to feed a filtration system the filtration requirements will be far lower during the winter months, enabling the pump to be dimmed to prevent unnecessary power usage.
