Oase Eco Control Units
The Oase Eco Control units are designed to be connected up to our range of Oase Aquamax Eco Expert and Aquarius Eco Expert pond pumps. They can be easily connected up using the provided 10m cable that simply plugs into the EGC port of the pumps. Once connected, they are powered by the pump itself, consuming just 1w of power.
These control units can be used to electronically dim the power usage of the pump, reducing the flow rate as the wattage is decreased. They can also be used to turn the pump on/off or to switch the Oase SFC (Seasonal Function Control) and DFC (Dynamic Function Control) on/off. The illuminated display makes it easy to read the power consumption, rotational speed and total runtime of the connected pump.
There are two main options for mounting the Eco Controls: they can be easily mounted on a spike for installation into soft ground, or wall mounted using the provided bracket. As they are rated to IP44, these units are protected against splashing water.
