Pre-formed EPDM Liners - Bespoke
Pre-formed pond liners, otherwise known as box-welded liners, are tailor made to the specified dimensions of the pond and can be constructed using either 0.75mm or 1mm GreenSeal EPDM rubber pond liner. The trickiest and most time consuming part of lining a pond using flat sheet pond liner is often the creation of neat and water-tight joints without any unsightly folds or creases, especially for the less experienced installer.
These pre-formed liners are designed to save you time and money by removing the need for any jointing or folding on site, as the joints can be created during the manufacturing process based on the measurements or templates provided during ordering. Even the overlap (or flange) size can be specified depending on the method of installation and requirements for the job. The pre-formed liners are welded in our hugely experienced manufacturer's factory by their highly skilled staff to ensure maximum strength joints every time, before being sent directly to site where they can be simply unfolded and placed into the excavated and fleece lined pond before being secured in place using bonding adhesive.
A wide variety of pond shapes and sizes can be catered for, ranging from simple square, rectangular or circular ponds all the way up to bespoke shapes with stepped rills or features, with the only limiting factor being that the sides of the ponds must be at a 90° right angle as slopes or gradients cannot be fabricated during production.
When constructing a bespoke pond ie. not a simple square of circular shape, we may require a copy of the plan along with the dimensions and in some cases a physical template may be required.
