Gardena Master Irrigation Timers

Since its founding in 1961, Gardena has developed from a small trading company selling garden tools into the globally recognised manufacturer we know today. In 2007 Gardena became a member of the Swedish Husqvarna group, giving them access to the resources needed to develop their technology further than ever before.

The Gardena Master timers can be used to easily control any tap based irrigation system. With an aesthetically pleasing design and a robust weather-resistant casing, these timers are ideal for use where consistent watering cycles are required. They can be powered for a whole season using a single 9v battery and can remember up to six individual programmes, which are straight forward to set up thanks to the intuitive and user-friendly interface. The Master timers allow the user to control the start time and length of the irrigation cycles, as well as the days of the week in which the programmes will run.

To help avoid over-watering, Gardena have integrated the 'Seasonal Run Time Adjustment' feature which enables the user to lower the run time of all programmes in 10% increments without having to manually adjust each one individually. This feature is designed to be used during Spring and Autumn when rainfall is more frequent and shorter irrigation cycles are required.

The Master timer also features a handy button to open the solenoid valve manually for the chosen period of time, allowing extra watering for plants during dry periods without fully re-programming the timer unit.
